package can I move up to a "The Step Up" package?
A. Yes, you can move up to any package at any time. We
will move your main page to the new site and build any additional pages you may want.
Q. If we purchase one of the Web Site packages,
what is the cost for the one year hosting fee?
A. With any of our Web Site packages we will include one year hosting fees.
Q. What will it cost me for hosting fees for the
next year?
A. For the "Web Presence" package only $125, "The Step
Up" package is $280. That it. No hidden other
hidden fees.
Q. If I want additional artwork, what is your
hourly fees?
A. Additional artwork will be billed at $25 per hour at 15 minutes
intervals.
Q. Do I get to approve my site before you place
it on the Web?
A. We will not post any page without your approval. We will give you access
to a section on our site, restricted from the public, where your site will be places for
your approval. After we make any changes you request we will move those pages to your
site.
Q. Do we have to come to your office to get a Web Site?
A. No, in fact some of our clients never met us face to face. Using E-mail,
FAX, phone and US Mail is all we need to build you a quality site.
Q. Do we have to sign a
multi year contract?
A. No, we will host your site on a year by year basis.
Q. I presently have a my own URL. Can I still
have you build and host my site?
A. Yes, we can build and host your Web Site using your existing URL.
Your price will be reduced.
Q. We presently have a Web Site but are not happy
with the company that is doing the maintenance (changes) on the site.
A. We can take over the maintenance of your site. If you like we can use
your hosting company or we can host the site for you.

Q. How
can you get your prices so low? A friend of mine paid
thousands to set-up their online store.
A. We, like some of our clients are a small company
with a small staff and low overhead. With the lower
overhead we pass the savings to our clients.

my own site. Can you just host my site?
A. Yes, we have two hosting packages to choose from
depending on you size of your site and if you are going to

If you host my site do
I have to sign a long term contract?
A. No, you only pay for the present year.
Q. Can I
pay my hosting fee monthly?
A. Sorry no. By paying your hosting fees yearly
we keep our billing cost down and pass our savings to you
with lower hosting fees. If for some reason you decide
to discontinue hosting with us, and if there is six months
or more left in your year we will return 50% of your hosting
